My story
Turning proven agency success into sector-wide support
After years of navigating the challenges within the OoHC sector, I took things a step further — building and scaling one of Victoria’s most in-demand staffing agencies for community services.
That agency became the preferred partner for multiple high-value organisations, delivering reliable, compliant, and quality staffing across NDIS, Mental Health, and Youth Residential services — consistently, year after year.
But through that journey, I saw the other side of the puzzle — providers struggling to manage agency staff, juggle compliance, and track costs while still trying to meet client needs.
That’s why I launched SME Workforce Management — to give providers the systems and support I knew they needed, because I had lived both sides: • The provider trying to keep up. • And the agency delivering the goods.
